We’re looking for passionate people

Reporting to our Divisional Compliance Manager, you will provide general, day-to-day administrative support and take ownership of specific areas of administration. You will strive to be efficient and effective by supporting colleagues and teammates when possible.

Meesons South Office

  • Ensure office supplies, stationary, consumables, drinks etc are appropriately managed and sufficient
  • Act as host for any guests and help organise meetings, events, travel and hotels as needed
  • Manage office issues with landlord (Ashford office)
  • Support Compliance Manager by helping to arrange regular testing and compliance related items (PAT & ladder testing or workstation assessments for example)
  • Support project delivery & service teams with general administration tasks as required, such as arranging parking on site, booking site inductions etc.
  • Order, set up laptops and phones, ensure IT asset register is always up to date and correct
  • Coordinate all workwear requirements (ordering, stock and dispatch), keeping appropriate records

Divisional Responsibilities

  • Act as Executive Assistant for Divisional Board of Directors – Fully respecting confidentiality
  • Manage the vehicle fleet including maintaining mileage details, MOT details, insurance notifications and other details as required.
  • Manage all Transport for London, Dart charge, ULEZ, Congestion charge, parking & driving infractions
  • Coordinate all vehicle leasing and hiring
  • Ensure vehicle asset register is always up to date and correct
  • Maintain and update Learning Management System (LMS) and all online training platforms
  • o Setting people up and allocating training to do
  • o ADSA, H&S Manual Handling, Asbestos etc
