Your Life as a Service Co-Ordinator at Meesons
As a Service Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for providing customers with a competent and accessible point of contact for all emergency callout enquiries, planning preventative maintenance & repair visits for our engineers across the country whilst answering other customer-related queries.
Your brief as a Service Co-Ordinator at Meesons
- Planning reactive callouts, planned maintenance and repair works for engineers.
- Generate RAMs for customers.
- To provide customers with a competent and accessible first point of contact.
- Liaising with engineers on a day-to-day basis.
